Earning my CISSP certification continues to reward me with opportunities to give back to a profession I hold near and dear to my heart. It was both an honor and a privilege to serve as a CISSP subject matter expert for ISC2 for the second year in a row. As I work through the items, (exam development) I always center my thoughts on future CISSP certificate holder and the integrity of the profession.
Note: To protect the integrity of the certification and an NDA to which I wholly respect, I am unable to say more, i.e. no CISSP testing tips.

As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) subject matter experts, we worked hard and played harder! In addition to contributing to the IT security profession, we celebrated our hard work at the end of the days. Together we watched the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket disappear into the night’s sky, enjoyed roof top dining, story telling, history lessons, toured Ybor City, and shared a delicious meal at Florida’s renowned Columbia Restaurant (est 1905). Best of all was the exchange of ideas with some of the brightest minds in the IT security space.
